This policy explains, in plain language, how personal information is handled when you create or operate a wallet website through Dremart, or when you use a wallet website powered by Dremart.
Effective: 23 August 2026Last updated: 23 August 2026
Important wallet privacy information
The wallet is designed to be non-custodial. Dremart and the website owner should never ask for your recovery phrase or private key. Wallet keys and recovery information are created and handled in your browser; they are not intended to be stored in the platform database. Never send a recovery phrase or private key to Dremart, a website owner, support staff, or anyone else.
Transactions made on Solana are public blockchain records. A completed blockchain transaction generally cannot be deleted, reversed, or made private by Dremart.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
DREMART ONLINE SERVICES operates the Dremart platform, platform administration, website-owner accounts, platform subscriptions, and related technical services.
Each branded wallet website is also operated by its own website owner. That owner chooses its brand, customer subscription price, receiving wallet, support contact, domain, and certain service providers. For customer account information and customer-facing services, the website owner and Dremart may each have responsibilities depending on the activity. Questions about a specific branded website should first be sent to the support contact displayed by that website.
2. Information we process
Website-owner information: name, business or website name, email, phone number when supplied, username, password hash, selected website tool, chosen subdomain or domain, support email, branding, billing address, country, state, GSTIN when supplied, and account status.
Wallet-customer account information: name, email, password hash, trial and subscription dates, and account status where the selected tool uses customer accounts.
Affiliate information: affiliate name, email, password hash, referral code, payout wallet and network, referral clicks, connected public wallet addresses, eligible transaction references, calculated commissions, and withdrawal requests.
Payment and invoice information: amounts, payment method, transaction identifiers or blockchain signatures, receiving wallet addresses, payment status, timestamps, billing information, and tax-invoice records.
Technical and security information: essential session cookies, security events, timestamps, and a one-way hash derived from an IP address for audit and abuse prevention.
Configuration information: RPC address and API credentials entered by a website owner. Supported API secrets are stored in encrypted form when the platform provides encrypted storage for that field.
Public blockchain information: wallet addresses, balances, tokens, and transaction activity returned by supported blockchain or related data services.
3. Why we use this information
To create accounts, authenticate users, provide trials, and manage subscriptions.
To create, activate, host, secure, and support branded wallet websites.
To process and verify PayU or SOL payments, prevent duplicate use of transactions, and create billing and GST records.
To connect domains, display branding, operate wallet functions, respond to requests, troubleshoot failures, and prevent fraud or misuse.
To meet tax, accounting, security, legal, and regulatory obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use recovery phrases or private keys to control customer wallets. We do not sell personal information.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The platform uses essential session cookies for login, security, and continuity between pages. These cookies are not intended for advertising. The wallet application may use browser storage to keep encrypted wallet information and preferences on the user’s device. Clearing browser data, losing the device, or losing the wallet password or recovery phrase may remove access that Dremart cannot restore.
5. Payments and third-party services
Information may be sent to service providers only as needed for the requested function. These may include PayU for INR payments, hosting and domain providers, blockchain RPC providers, blockchain explorers or data providers, LI.FI for supported bridge routes, Moralis, CoinGecko, and other services configured by a website owner. Their own privacy policies and terms also apply.
PayU receives payment and payer information needed to process a transaction. Dremart stores payment references and verification results but does not receive or store a customer’s full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking password.
6. When information may be shared
Information may be shared with the relevant branded website owner, payment and infrastructure providers, professional advisers, or public authorities when reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect users and the platform, enforce agreements, comply with law, or respond to lawful requests. Public wallet addresses and blockchain transactions are visible to anyone through the blockchain.
7. Data retention
Account and operational information is kept while the account or service is active and afterwards for as long as reasonably needed for security, dispute handling, backups, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Payment, GST invoice, and audit records may need to be retained for legally required periods. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer reasonably required, unless retention is required by law. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by Dremart.
8. Security
We use measures such as password hashing, secure session cookies, access controls, prepared database queries, encrypted storage for supported API secrets, payment-response verification, and audit logging. No internet service or storage method is completely secure. Users and website owners must use strong unique passwords, protect their devices, secure their email and domain accounts, restrict API keys, and never disclose wallet recovery information.
9. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for information about your personal data, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a grievance. Some information may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention, security, contractual, or legal reasons. A request cannot erase public blockchain transactions.
Send a request from the email address connected to your account and include the website name involved. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.
10. Children
This business and wallet platform is not intended for children. Do not create an account if you are under 18. Website owners must not knowingly market the service to children or collect children’s information through the platform.
11. International processing
Some infrastructure, blockchain, analytics, RPC, payment, or API providers may process information outside the user’s state or country. Where required, appropriate contractual, security, and legal safeguards should be used.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised update date. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform where appropriate.
