After payment, we confirm your store details and activate the plan. If a domain is being connected, we guide you to add the DNS record(s) and then we verify and activate.
Q: Where do I enter my domain / custom domain?
You can submit your domain from your DreMart admin panel (Custom Domain / Domain Settings). After submitting, we share the DNS record values to add in your domain provider.
Q: What DNS record should I add (A/CNAME)?
We provide the required record type and value (A or CNAME) based on your domain setup. You add it in your domain provider, then wait for DNS propagation.
Q: I added DNS, but the website is not showing. What should I do?
DNS changes can take time to reflect. First wait for propagation, then try again. Also try:
clearing browser cache, opening in an incognito tab, and checking after some time.
Q: How will I know when it’s activated?
We send confirmation and your website will load on your domain/store link. Your admin dashboard will also show the active status.
