1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.dremart.com and the DreMart mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by DreMart Shopping d/b/a DreMart Online Services (“DreMart,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Platform or creating a DreMart Store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service

DreMart provides an e-commerce platform that allows users to purchase products online and enables registered users (“Store Owners”) to create personalized online stores through DreMart to sell products and earn commissions. DreMart operates under a marketplace model and facilitates online sales, payments, and logistics through authorized partners.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract. By registering as a Store Owner or customer, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

4. Store Creation & Account Management

Registered users can create their own DreMart Stores to promote and sell products available on the DreMart platform. Store Owners earn commissions on sales made through their stores.

• Each Store Owner is responsible for maintaining their store, including product sharing and promotions.
• Commission rates are determined and may be updated by DreMart at any time.
• Inactive Store Accounts (with no login or activity for more than 30 consecutive days) will be automatically marked as inactive admin accounts will be deactivated or deleted.
• DreMart reserves the right to deactivate or suspend any Store or Admin Store found violating policies, misusing data, engaging in fraudulent activity, or remaining inactive beyond the allowed period.
• Once deactivated, store accounts cannot be reactivated and will remain permanently closed.

5. Products, Pricing & Payments

Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. DreMart uses PayU (payu.in) as its authorized payment gateway for secure transactions.

By placing an order, you authorize DreMart and PayU to process payments using your chosen payment method. Any pricing errors discovered will be corrected, and orders may be cancelled or adjusted accordingly.

6. Commissions & Payouts

Store Owners earn a commission on eligible sales generated through their store links. Commission percentages are predefined and may vary by product category or campaign. Commission payouts are processed periodically to registered Store Owners.

• Payouts are made after order confirmation, product delivery, and return period completion.
• Store Owners are responsible for any applicable GST compliance and invoicing as per government norms.
• DreMart reserves the right to hold or reverse commissions for fraudulent or cancelled transactions.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver products promptly through our logistics partners. Shipping timelines depend on availability, delivery location, and courier conditions. DreMart is not liable for delays caused by third parties, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on returns, replacements, and refund timelines. Refunds are processed via the original payment method in compliance with our policy.

9. Account Suspension & Deactivation

DreMart may temporarily or permanently suspend, restrict, or delete user or store accounts that:

• Remain inactive for more than 30 days;
• Violate any of these Terms, applicable laws, or DreMart policies;
• Engage in fraudulent or misleading practices;
• Damage DreMart’s reputation or disrupt its operations.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content on DreMart are the property of DreMart Online Services or its licensors. Store Owners may use provided materials and branding only for promotional purposes in compliance with DreMart’s guidelines. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

DreMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, store earnings, or services. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the total amount of commissions or product value paid by the user in the last 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

DreMart may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
